Detailed sleep stage analysis — REM, deep, core, and awake — pulled directly from HealthKit. Track sessions over a rolling 7-night window and understand your actual rest quality.
Build streaks with custom habit tiles. Daily rituals with icons, progress bars, and completion tracking. Create custom tiles for any routine that matters to you.
Unified view of your schedule, tasks, and focus time. Work data lives entirely on-device — never synced to a cloud without your explicit consent.
Plan group outings with mapped itineraries, stop-by-stop logistics, and real-time coordination. Share plans with a group without sharing your personal data.

Privacy Architecture
ControlFreak is built on a two-tier privacy model. Personal data stays local. Shared data stays isolated. No exceptions, no opt-ins that quietly become opt-outs.
Wellness, sleep, workout, and personal data is stored in an on-device SQLite database. It is never transmitted to any server — not even ours.
We collect no analytics on how you use the app. No telemetry, no crash reports tied to your identity, no ad targeting — ever.
Health data read via Apple HealthKit is processed on-device only. We follow Apple's HealthKit data usage guidelines strictly.
Only Group Plan features use cloud infrastructure — and only the data necessary to coordinate with other users. Your identity remains pseudonymous.
How It Works
Grant read access to HealthKit. ControlFreak pulls your workouts, sleep stages, and activity data — all processed locally on your device.
Choose which wellness tiles matter to you. Drag to reorder, hide what you don't need, and create custom habit tiles for your personal rituals.
Add your schedule, tasks, and focus blocks to the Work view. Everything stays on-device and integrates with your existing calendar.
Create Group Plans for outings, dinners, or trips. Share logistics with specific people without exposing your personal wellness or work data.

ControlFreak was born out of frustration with productivity apps that either do too little or invade your privacy to do it. Most apps fragment your life across six tools, sell your habits to advertisers, and bury useful data in dashboards designed to maximise engagement — not clarity.
We believe your data belongs to you, your patterns are yours alone, and software should earn your attention by being genuinely useful — not by manufacturing dependency.
ControlFreak is designed for people who want to see their life clearly, act on it deliberately, and move through the day without friction. It is opinionated about privacy, minimal about noise, and precise about the details that actually matter.

ControlFreak ("we", "our", "the app") is committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains what data the app accesses, how it is used, and how it is protected. By using ControlFreak, you agree to the practices described in this policy.
ControlFreak may request access to the following on your device:
All personal, wellness, and work data is stored locally on your device using an on-device SQLite database. This data is never transmitted to our servers.
Group Plan data — limited to itinerary stops, timing, and group membership — may be stored in our cloud infrastructure (Supabase) solely to enable coordination with other users you have explicitly invited. This data does not include your health, sleep, workout, or personal notes.
ControlFreak uses the following third-party services in limited contexts:
ControlFreak accesses Apple HealthKit data in accordance with Apple's HealthKit policies. HealthKit data is used solely to display your health metrics within the app. It is not shared with third parties, used for advertising, or uploaded to any server.
ControlFreak is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
Because your personal data is stored locally on your device, you have full control over it at all times. You can delete the app — and all associated local data — at any time. For Group Plan data stored in the cloud, you may request deletion by contacting us.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance.
